Since my ebook went on sale only a small number of people have contacted me with access problems. On each occasion the log-in details have either gone into their spam or promotions folder or they are receiving an "incorrect password" message when trying to log-in. This happens to us all at sometime when passwords are involved, but it is worth me reminding you here it is usually always an input error. So please note:
1) You will only receive one email confirmation. Again, please check in your spam if it has not appeared within a short space of time. To date, I have not had one order go astray. Scroll right down your order confirmation email to find the link to the log in page and password details.
2)Ensure you use an uppercase (capital) L for the password, but lowercase for the rest - and obviously that it is the correct password!
2) Ensure the caps lock is turned off before inputting your number code.
The flipbook is designed to re-open on the last page you were reading. If you have problems after previously accessing it, please double check you are inputting the correct codes and, if so, switch your device off (power off) and on again. This clears this issue, but will take you back to page one.
Most sales have progressed entirely smoothly and I am very happy with the platform, but I am genuinely sorry if you have experienced difficulties. I recognise how annoying this is as a purchaser. This information should quickly resolve the issue. If you have your log in details and have followed the instructions here and on the log in page and still have any difficulties, you can write to me but I may have to ask you to contact info@paperturn.com for any access or technical issues, so you might like to go straight to them.
Please take advantage of the flipbook platform. You can just swipe pages with your fingers but you should also consider downloading as a PDF in case I ever stop hosting the ebook on Paperturn. The download button is on the top of the page, as are accessibility options and search functions.
